I have always enjoyed the creativity of woodworking. In the same way I've always enjoyed the creativity of building with LEGOs. When I discovered LEGO plates are the exact thickness of 1/8" plywood, my brain starting wondering if there was a way the two could be mixed together to create creative, fun things to design.
