Maker Tom Hansen, Ph.D., is a Programmer/Analyst and researcher at the UWM School of Freshwater Sciences. He has worked as a computing professional for over 30 years, and has also performed semi-professionally as a violinist in a range of capacities. He was inspired by his graduate work with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models to create the Immersive Fluid Flow Experience.
