We're STAR, UC Berkeley's competition rocketry team. This year, we launched two successful vehicles - Caldera, our second stage separation rocket which flew to 27k ft and Alula, our first liquid engine to fly! STAR boasts a long history of successful launches, with a total of ten completed vehicles engineered over our half-decade lifetime and two liquid engines! With a diverse team of engineers, our accomplishments include placing fourth in IREC's 10k apogee competition in 2023 and holding the long-standing apogee record at Cal.

For the past 6 years, STAR has been building increasingly complex vehicles, which have culminated in two primary projects this year. Their completion, launch, and successful recovery have represented years worth of effort from generations of STAR members. We're looking forward to further pursuing the stars!
