Alexandra, the creator, originally from France, holds a Master’s in the History of Art from the Sorbonne and spent a decade in Asia learning various local jewelry making and crafting techniques.

Alex Cole
Alex, the designer, was born in France and studied History of Art. She is heavily influenced by Asian culture, spending several years living there. Her one of kind products in resin are inspired by art and fantasy, and aim to be cute, fun, bright and weird. Unlike mass-produced items, each piece is handmade and has its own individual identity.

There is always a lot of curiosity about the process that I use to create my work. Resin seems easy to do, but is hard to do well. I love to share both the technical side as well as the creative path. Ultimately, the goal is to make something that brings joy to both the creator and the consumer. Although I have been working with resin daily for the past two years, every day presents new challenges. I would like to share how things go wrong and strategies for adapting to problems like weather, humidity and light that can affect the creative process. It is really about problem solving and not giving up rather than following a.check list or a YouTube video.
