After years of creating for family and friends, Joanie began creating tote bags in 2020 from mill end fabric. Learning about fabric waste, which the EPA estimates at 17 million tons per year, made her begin a mission to make all future projects for Rhinestone Lifestyle with reclaimed fabrics, such as deadstock, overstock, and remnants. Joanie enjoys the creativity and thought that goes into each season's projects and seeing the looks on people's faces when they see their perfect item!
