Joan Lee Tu is the founder of MedULingo.com a K-12 platform for helping educators provide age-appropriate resources for learners to develop medical literacy at their own pace. A former medical student at the Cumming School of Medicine, University of Calgary (2018-2022), Joan is the author of "Raising Doctors: The Med School Admissions Success Guide for Parents of Future Physicians", endorsed by physicians, admissions counselors and parents. Her publications include scholarly, literary, and educational works. As a life sciences innovator and medical literacy ecosystem architect, she believes that medical literacy can be made accessible for all learners.
