We hope that our both will look interesting. And with closer look you will find out that you can play games on it or be creative. So hopefully you will then be hooked up and want it for your home. But you can't buy it, you have to make it for yourself. So check out the building instructions on instructables (well, they should be there at some point, but with documentations we are a bit lazy). Download the plans and programs and go to the next Makerspace and start building.

With the "everybody is a maker" the answer of the second question has to be "by birth". But i think the modern maker really relies on open knowledge exchange by the internet and the easier access to cnc-machines and low entry level controllers like Arduinos. Reducing the amount of basic knowledge for craftmanships, electronics, and programming for crazy projects. And yes, there are other projects. We were e.g. in Rome with a haptic vest for visual impaired people - a good reason for links to instructables (https://www.instructables.com/member/janth/) and hackaday (https://hackaday.io/Rahtnaj)
