Alan “Toxic” Rodríguez

Alan “Toxic” Rodriguez is a self-taught interdisciplinary artist in Northwest Arkansas. Alan is primarily known for his vibrant community murals that celebrate Mexican culture and identity, mainly practicing graffiti, but practicing in many mediums. His work can be found at the intersection of Sunset & Thompson (Springdale, AR), 8th Street Plaza (Rogers, AR), and Terra Studios (Fayetteville, AR). Alan was an invited participant at the 2023 Smithsonian Folklife Festival in Washington, DC. He was also a collaborative artist for Crystal Bridges inaugural exhibit of Diego Rivera’s America. Alan was a participant in the Spring 2024 cohort of From Maker to Market with the Center for Innovation. He used the opportunities to build his art portfolio and explore new mediums and business ideas.
