Got Robots? Marauder Robot

With two new gaits for 2025 , Marauder is a giant walking, skating, dancing hexapod robot lit with over 700 RGB LEDs for a spectacular kinetic light show. The robot is over 6' long, standing 4.5' high and loves dancing with kids. The addition of passive scooter wheels at the end of the legs allows for skating at a fast walking pace so the robot will be roaming the Faire far and wide. Watch out! The bot may just replicate by deploying Blader, a tiny version of the bigger robot!

Jmenuji se Hana Šlehubrová a návštěvníkům bych chtěla představit řemeslo drátování i v jeho modernější podobě. Ve své kreativní drátenické dílně nabízím výrobu drátovaných výrobků a kreativní odpočinkové služby. Vyrábím především drátované obrazy stromů života všech velikostí, používám dřevěné rámy, které si sama patinuji a upravuji. Kombinuji i různé techniky a materiály, každý obraz je jedinečný a originální výrobek. Vzniká zde i mnoho jiných originálních výrobků a šperků, nabízím zakázkovou výrobu, renovaci a oplety nádob apod. Své zkušenosti předávám formou kurzů, workshopů, dílniček pro širokou veřejnost i pro různé organizace. Toto nabízím ve své drátenické dílně v Nejdku nebo přímo u Vás, ve škole, ve firmě... Řemeslo drátování bych chtěla zachovat, ukazovat a hlavně šířit a to nejen v Krušnohoří. Pro Maker Faire připravuji workshop pro nejmenší děti, kde budeme drátovat a oplétat s pomocí šablon a korálků. Starší děti a dospělí si mohou vyrobit kulatý závěs stromu života. Přijďte a vyzkoušejte si to!

Using specialized equipment, you'll be able to safely observe the Sun with your own eyes—no sunglasses needed! Right now, the Sun is in an active phase of its solar cycle, meaning we have a better chance of spotting cool, dark sunspots and witnessing towering arcs of plasma called prominences. These dramatic solar features are the building blocks of powerful solar flares—and even the auroras we see here on Earth! Additional information will be provided for enthusiastic stargazers who would like to visit the observatory for themselves! Located in Kenwood, CA, the RFO offers public programing on a weekly basis—come see the cosmos!
