Analoge Touchscreen – De Schoonheid van Onomkeerbare Fouten

In een tijd waarin digitale ontwerptools ons eindeloze controle geven, verdwijnt de schoonheid van imperfectie steeds meer. ‘Analoge Touchscreen’ is een interactieve installatie die bezoekers uitnodigt om fouten te omarmen en te ontdekken hoe ze juist kunnen bijdragen aan het creatieve proces. Op dit analoge ‘touchscreen’ bestaat geen ‘undo’-knop, elke aanraking en elke lijn blijft bestaan en beïnvloedt het eindresultaat. Dit project is een ode aan spontaniteit en laat zien dat onvoorziene wendingen kunnen leiden tot nieuwe vormen van expressie. Door de beperking van digitale correctiemogelijkheden weg te nemen, krijgen bezoekers de kans om op een intuïtieve en experimentele manier te creëren. ‘Analoge Touchscreen’ slaat een brug tussen technologie en ambacht, tussen controle en loslaten. Steam Powered Tesla Coils

Never publicly been seen before is this truly novel modulation scheme to get full range audio out of a Solid State Tesla Coil arc. This is not your standard "singing" or "MIDI" style coil! The A/D and math is done by a lowly ESP32 and the power provided by our 75 horsepower, 26,000 pound steam traction engine from 1917 and a vintage, belt-driven 37.5KVA 3-phase generator head. We also have our steam powered letterpress printing commemorative prints and several tabletop presses that you can try your hand at making your own multi-color coaster print!

Osazovačka plošných spojů a jiné projekty

Osazovačka plošných spojů je převážně z 3D tištěných dílů a měla by být jednoduše složitelná/opravitelná jako například 3D tiskárna. Stroj pomocí vakua nabírá komponenty a precizně je umísťuje na plošný spoj. Z jiných projektů přivezu opět ukázat své arkádové ovladače spolu s monitory pro hraní retro her, svůj 3D tištěný NAS a jiné drobné projekty. Rád bych také zopakoval malé workshopy (u mě na stánku) pro ty, kteří by si chtěli vyzkoušet ruční osazení SMD součástek a vyrobit si blikající srdíčko.
