The addition of passive wheels at the end of the legs allows for skating at a fast walking pace so the robot will be roaming the Faire far and wide, if not in the dark room. Watch out! Riding along with Marauder is Blader, a tiny version of the bigger robot! New this year is the Tripod Tentacle interactive art project. Come find it in the dark room and drive it around with a PS4 controller... The Tentacle is a 2-stage prototype of the planned 4-stage robotically driven LED lit tentacle and is a lot of fun to play with, albeit just a little creepy 😉
