SIMODROFILA
The SIMODROFILA project - Systems for the sustainable control of Drosophila Suzukii and other pests relevant to Lazio fruit growing is a pilot project for the development of new approaches, processes and technologies aimed at increasing competitiveness and sustainability in the agricultural production sector of the production area " Roman Sabina ". Specifically, the project idea aims to provide the local production system with a permanent monitoring and 'early warning' system for key phytophagous pests to fruit in the area's production. The support activity for this pilot project is financed by sub-measure 16.2.1 of the RDP Lazio 2014-2020 within the framework of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 and subsequent amendments and integrations.

The technical partners are: ENEA, National Agency for new technologies, energy and sustainable economic development), which holds the role of scientific head of the project content, CREA, Council fora agricultural rersearch and analysis of agricultural economics and FOSAN - Foundation for the Study of Food and Nutrition. Some fruit producers also participate in the Operational Group.
