Hi, my name is Makayla Long! I was born in Bedford, TX, and have lived in many states. Though most of my life I’ve lived in Fayetteville, AR. I started drawing when I was a child, about six years old. My family has always been impressed with my skills. I remember my Mama and Nana entered me in a drawing contest to see if I could attend the school. Unfortunately, I was nine and too young to enroll, but they really liked my entry! I also won a bike in a contest for drawing Sparky the Dog! For the start of my adult life, I tried to go to college for baking and I quickly realized it wasn’t meant for me. Every time I tried to stray away from my art, something was pulling me back. I had come to the realization art was my calling, so I continued to work hard and am always constantly striving to improve every day. I can use multiple mediums, but my primary is digital. I’ve been a self taught artist going on seven years now. My style is considered anime and/or manga, because I’m the most drawn to it. Ha ha,
