3D-Printed Electric Marble Mazes

Faire: Bay Area

Maker: Gualala Gadget

Home: California, United States

We have a variety of battery-powered 3D printed marble machines that we'd like to exhibit. Each model is 3D printed using PLA plastic on consumer FDM printers. This takes anywhere from six to fifteen hours, depending on each model's size and complexity. A model is made from two to seven PLA parts, which are inspected and cleaned of any residual plastic that's a byproduct of the printing process. (None of the models require support material, which simplifies the cleaning process). Once the PLA parts are prepared they, along with the electric parts are assembled into complete models. There's no painting — the plastic is the color it appears. The models are designed in Blender. They use a variety of different mechanisms to lift the marbles.

Designed for the pistachio plant, it can be used for any fruit tree in order to improve fruit setting and increase production. Pachamama Security Beach

Maker: Pachamama Security

THE ITALIAN PORTABLE SAFE ,SAFEEST IN THE WORLD. promises to revolutionize the travel safe market, project involving a team of Italian companies specialized in innovation. From recycled Nylon Polyamide also with the use of exhausted fishing nets. We are very attentive to the circular economy and respect for the environment. But how does the Pachamama safe work? It is a classic shell system, with a closure activated by recognition of the owner's Smartphone, RFID technology, or by means of an encrypted code. Recharged by a Wireless Charger system and assisted by a solar cell installed in the upper shell. Unlike other models, however, the Pachamama portable safe is the first in the world to be equipped with a 110 decibel sound alarm system triggered by motion sensors 3D in case of displacement or forced disconnection of the steel cable. In practice, as soon as an unrecognized individual tries to move or open the safe, the device will trigger the alarm, forcing the criminals to give up the theft. Italian design

MONIOLITECH

Maker: ORGANIZZAZIONE DI PRODUTTORI OLIVICOLI LATIUM SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA AGRICOLA

The MONIOLITECH project - Hi-tech monitoring for the sustainable management of the olive grove ecosystem in Lazio aims to address and solve the problem of manual monitoring of the parameters necessary for the implementation of correct and sustainable cultivation practices through the implementation of a technical assistance system for olive growers, based on ICT technologies and capable of informing and guiding farms in the main cultivation practices. It will be an easily accessible (user-friendly) web-based service where each olive grower will find the spatialized information needed to carry out irrigation and defence of the olive tree in a sustainable manner and in relation to the spatio-temporal location of the olive trees, according to the logic of precision agriculture. The support activity for this pilot project is financed by sub-measure 16.2.1 of the RDP Lazio 2014-2020 within the framework of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 and subsequent amendments and integrations.
