A guide for Minecrafters and their parental units on how Minecraft is inspiring a generation of Makers. Kids who attend will build a free Minecraft project and parents will finally know why ''Minecraft isn't just another video game.''
Paul Gentile
Paul Gentile has been making stuff his whole life, from model trains to multicopters. He and fellow maker Jean Consorti founded Soldering Sunday (solderingsunday.com) to help Makers of all ages and skills create what they’re passionate about. Paul is also VP of FUBAR Labs, New Jersey's First Makerspace and is active in the NJ/NY Maker community promoting the joy of making.

Rick Anderson is a Director of Virtual Worlds for Rutgers University, Co-Director of NJ Makerspace Association, and a founder of FUBAR Labs the first Makerspace in NJ. Rick is also Co-Author of the book Pro Arduino. Rick has been a featured speaker at TedX. He designed the original Arduino Test Suite and is co-designer of the ChipKit Fubarino boards.

Lavon Phillips is the Director of the SoHa Arts Building and Arts Education Center in NJ. He launched SoHA with 38 Maker studios and a STEAM education space & community outreach center. SoHa SMART is a Space for Makers, Artisans, Revolutionists and Techies. Originally from Amarillo, Texas he began his career in US Naval Intelligence and now focuses on Entrepreneurship and sustainable creations.

Mary Glendening is the director of the Middletown Free Library in Media, PA and runs maker programs as part of the library's makerspace CreateSpace@MFL. She has been working in libraries for over 15 years and received her MLS from Rutgers University in 1996.
