Our team is led by young professionals with backgrounds in environmental science, public health, and community development. The founder, Adewale Akinfolarin, holds a degree in Environmental Science and has over three years of experience in sustainability and youth empowerment. The idea for Chrisdel was born out of a passion for solving plastic pollution and creating jobs. We've participated in several clean-up campaigns, built small-scale machines for plastic processing, and trained local youth to become eco-preneurs. This hands-on, problem-solving journey is what made us makers.
