Project Title: Foxel - Build Your Own Car from Voxels and See If It Rolls Foxel is a creative digital tool and game that lets players sculpt their own cars out of voxel blocks and then test how they roll, steer, and move in a physics-based environment. Inspired by the Pinewood Derby and maker culture, Foxel invites players of all ages to engage in hands-on digital creation — combining artistic expression with mechanical experimentation. At the booth, visitors will be able to: Design their own vehicle from blocks using a custom voxel editor See how their creation performs on-screen in real-time Learn how mass distribution and shape affect motion and performance The project is built in Unity and showcases accessible digital fabrication principles — like prototyping, iteration, and physics-driven testing — in a fun, open-ended way. Foxel celebrates the maker spirit by encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and the joy of seeing your own design come to life. This is an early-stage

Inspired by childhood Pinewood Derby races, Foxel blends playful creativity with mechanical problem-solving.

I'm passionate about building systems that invite curiosity, and I see events like Maker Faire as a space to share that joy with others — especially those who love to inv
