The "No-Bang" Hat mobility aid for the visually impaired. An open-source project using ultrasonic sensors and the Arduino to guide the wearer past obstacles. Other aids will be on display.

30 plus years as electronics engineer building and programming robots as a hobby. Built and displayed various artbots at Robogames, Maker Faire and other venues. Worked with teachers, educators and students as Botball mentor.

Experienced builder and competitor in combat robots at Robogames and other venues. Likes to circuit build, hack and program Arduino. Can fix and repair just about anything.
