Vacuum Forming Machine

Home: Toskent, Uzbekistan

Our project is a custom-built vacuum forming machine designed to create molds and unique shapes using heated plastic sheets. It is an accessible and practical tool for makers, students, and small businesses who want to prototype products, create packaging, or experiment with design. Visitors will see how the machine works in real time, learn about the engineering process behind it, and explore how vacuum forming can turn simple plastic into functional and creative solutions.

What Inspired You to Make This?

I was inspired by the idea of making professional manufacturing techniques more accessible to students, makers, and small businesses. Many people have creative ideas but lack the tools to prototype them. By building a vacuum forming machine, I wanted to show that with simple technology, anyone can turn their ideas into real, tangible products. My goal is to inspire others to explore engineering, design, and innovation in a practical and fun way.
