As the founder of the nonprofit Empress Sports, my passion is helping people thrive in the sport of life. Through Woven Intent workshops, I introduce the therapeutic art of knitting, and through a Google initiative workshop, I support women and underrepresented talent in self-promotion. By combining these platforms, I share my authentic journey of self-care and resilience to create meaningful impact.
