When we were freshman in high school, we quickly bonded over our shared love of STEM. But what we realized was that of all the STEM programs out there, there were very few opportunities for teens to just explore their STEM passions and create something meaningful from it. So, we created STEAM News. Writing for STEAM News is so easy – writers simply fill out a form to indicate their interest, give us their contact info, and choose their article topic. That’s it. There is no application necessary, and getting involved is very simple. Now, students can research the topics that interest them, learn something new, and then get their writing published online for free.
