Starling & Larkspur Creative Co. is a small art collective founded by sisters Makayla Schultz and Marissa Langford. It is their effort to share their watercolor and mixed media art and to encourage other local self-trained artists to do the same.

Hi, I'm MK, an NWA-local art gremlin who has lived here since 2011. I love both watercolor and mixed media art, especially anything nature-inspired. My sister, Marissa Langford, and I first imagined Starling & Larkspur Creative Co. in July of 2020 while we both were experiencing times of significant change. Now, years later, we are finally sharing our art--and encouraging other self-trained artists to do the same!
