My booth will feature many products made by melty beads (also known as Perler beads), all for sale. Many of the art pieces are from video games and some are from anime. I will also have a small table available where passerbys can place beads on pegboards.

Corsplasticsmores is a local artist who specializes in pixel art crafted from Perler beads. Her work is mainly video game sprites but also includes designs from anime and other pop culture references!
What Inspired You to Make This?
I have been a gamer since I was a small child. Years ago, I was working in a craft store and discovered Perler beads in the kids crafts section. This was about the same time Pinterest had become a popular app for crafts. Sometime when I was surfing through Pinterest, I came upon the art people were making with the Perler beads. When I discovered I could make video game sprites from beloved games with the beads, it led to a passion with melty beads that has never diminished. I enjoyed making art with Perler beads so much I decided to make the art for others, eventually making a business out of it.
