Our Mortality Response Program gives the dead strandings of Los Angeles County a voice through discovering the stories inscribed in their bodies and studying what they have to say about the health of our ever-changing ocean environment and its inhabitants. OARRA plays a vital role in rigorous biosurveillance programs, and we are committed to bringing the coast to our communities through outreach and education for all ages and audiences.
