Dr. Manny Tamargo is a bioengineer with a PhD in Tissue Engineering from Columbia University. With over 15 published papers and five provisional patents, he has a deep understanding of complex biological systems and their commercial applications. Before founding this organization, he served as CEO/CTO of Edge Bio (formerly Edge Foods), a venture-backed biotech startup.
