e-Nable Italia
e-Nable Italia is a volunteer network of engineers, makers, and families who create personalized assistive devices, such as colorful and functional 3D-printed hands, for children with disabilities. Based on frugal innovation, open source, and solidarity, each device is free and each project is shared worldwide. Our multidisciplinary community brings together technology and inclusion through co-design with children, disability-led design, and educational programs that foster a culture of accessibility, creativity, and responsible creation.

Maker
Energy Family Project APS
Our team is made up of volunteers from diverse backgrounds—biomedical engineers, mechatronics specialists, designers, makers, educators, and family members. Many of us have formal education in engineering and design, but we all share a passion for hands-on making and problem-solving. Most of us became makers through a mix of curiosity, learning by doing, and a desire to apply technology for social good. Over time, we have built various assistive devices and prototypes, constantly expanding our skills and portfolio while working together to create meaningful impact.
