The inspiration behind e-NABLE began when a prop maker and a carpenter collaborated to turn a 3D-printed cosplay hand design into a functional prosthetic for a 3-year-old in need. Since then, e-NABLE has grown into a global volunteer community committed to making 3D-printed upper limb prosthetics and assistive devices accessible to anyone in need—at no cost.
