Teresa is an award winning educator with experience teaching Art and Design kindergarten through College. In 2023 she turned into stay-at-home mom, but never lost her passion for creating and educating. Crafting Progress is her passion project created to encourage others to be creative and see themselves as makers. Crafting Progress is her way of continuing to connect with others and bring joy through creativity.

As an award-winning art educator turned stay-at-home mom, I missed connecting with students, colleagues, parents, and community members. I missed making students happy and the energy that comes with engaging in the creative process. Crafting Progress became my excuse to challenge myself to learn new things and connect with other people. As a busy mom, Crafting Progress meant I scheduled time to continue to grow and connect with others.
