Columbia Memorial Space Center is located in Downey, CA on historic grounds rich in aerospace engineering accomplishments. We strive to ignite a community of creative and critical thinkers through our engaging hands-on STEM programming and events. We are growing! Later this year we will break ground on a new expansion to house the full-scale mock-up space shuttle, Inspiration, used by engineers in the development of the space shuttle program.
