Having started with Fab Lab Tulsa learning various manufacturing and prototyping processes we created BNB Rockets. We produce and sell novelty and scale hobby model rocket kits in Mounds Oklahoma. Laser cutting, vacuum forming, FDM and resin printing and CNC are tools that we use to create our kits completely locally. We are thrilled to share how each component is produced and enjoy sharing the creation process with others.

Chilion Danforth takes the lead on all instructions and manufacturing design and kit production while Jim Danforth provides business guidance and scale design of those rockets representing real-world examples. Both work to test fly and analyze designs and manufacturing process. Utilizing their unique (and often quirky) sense of humor, the creative process can take some pretty novel turns with flexible thinking to problem solve.
