I'm Gerard Guidoni and I build cigar box guitars. I first saw a cigar box guitar played at a blues festival some 20 years ago. I Bought a cigar box guitar on ebay a few years ago and it was just ok. So I bought another. And it was just ok. So I decided to tear them apart and build one I really liked from the two. But I had no idea what I was doing. After a few false starts I was able to make a pretty nice guitar and enjoyed it so much I just kept doing it.
