Connor McGough
Connor McGough has been part of the adaptive design effort in Central New York since 2016. As the Adaptive Design Program Coordinator Connor leads an eclectic group of dedicated volunteers from within the community who work along with individuals with disabilities and their families. Together they design and build specialized adaptations to allow the participants to reach their full potential. Connor received his bachelors in industrial design from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has also taught as an adjunct professor at both RIT and Syracuse University's School of Design.

Gabe Kelsey
Gabe Kelsey is an artist and designer and is the Fabricator for Arise Adaptive Design. He recently graduated from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, VT with an MFA in Art and design. Having grown up with his sister who has a disability, Gabe has seen firsthand how the lack of affordable adaptive equipment can be a detriment for both the family and person needing the equipment.
