Dans le projet "Flânerie quotidienne" il y a une dualité ainsi qu'une recherche de réconciliation des temporalités ; l'ancien et le nouveau. A travers ce projet, je cherche à m'approprier la ville dans laquelle je vis, ses rues, à les habiller grâce à mon ressenti et à mon imagination. Le concept est simple : je flâne en ville, je prends des photos des rues, des bâtiments, des murs. Ensuite je dessine le reste. Je laisse ma main porter la plume sur le papier. Je laisse mon imagination décider.

Captain Rex Mini – Star Tours @ Home

Captain Rex Mini is a fully 3D printed animatronic robot capable of dynamic character performance using motors, lights, and sound. At 10" tall, he is a desktop-sized version of Captain Rex, the RX-24 pilot droid on the original 1987-2010 Disneyland Star Wars ride, Star Tours. At Maker Faire, he will be taking guests on a miniaturized flight to Endor. Come by and re-experience the ride! Captain Rex Mini has 7 degrees of freedom, blinking eyes, a "talking" mouth, and light up dashboard buttons. All components, including structure and geartrains, are fully FDM printed. He can either be manually remote controlled or perform prerecorded animations, including his Star Tours performance. Built in just under 2 months, this project pushes the limits on what's possible with consumer-level resources, utilizing the latest in high precision 3D printing, affordable electronics, and AI-assisted software development.

A Fortune-Telling Chicken Automaton (and Other Chicken Crafts)
