Syosset Supersonics 9016 – FRC Robotics

Syosset Supersonics 9016 is a high school robotics team that competes in FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) at the regional and international level. We are a group of students passionate about STEM and innovation seeking to motivate others to participate in FIRST and explore the world of science and technology. At Maker Faire, we will be showcasing our competition robot that we competed with at World Championships, and offer hands-on activities for kids, including building with LEGO and driving Spheros. We will also be teaching EV3 coding and driving, as well as handing out DIY wooden plane crafts. Visitors of all ages can explore robotics, engineering, and programming in a fun, interactive way. Come drive our robot, create with LEGO, drive a Sphero, and get inspired to become a maker!

Opět vás všechny zvu do své dílny plné 3D tisku. Představím vám široké portfolio mých malých projektíků, které jsou všem dostupné na internetu. Hlavní částí jsou stavebnice aut s odpruženými koly navržené přímo pro 3D tisk. Poskládat tyto auta dokáže opravdu každý a to bez lepení. Nově představím stavebnice aut na dálkové ovládání s použitím modulárního systému CyberBrick. Mimo jiné uvidíte i jiné projekty. Například odpalovací zařízení vrtulí s planetovou převodovkou, medvídka z růží, pohyblivý Wankelův motor, nebo magnetickou točící hračku, která se dokáže točit i několik minut. Nevěříte? Tak se přijďte podívat do mého stánku!

THE HOLY BIKE

(The Holy Bike) a copper rat bike it was built from a 1975 Honda 550 so I drilled 550 holes in the frame, swing arm and seven holes right through the gas tank, it's completely handmade only using assorted hand tools, grinder drill press, welder and a oxyacetylene torch to hand braze all the copper over all the welds, the frame has been blued with a torch and all the copper skins and tubing have been polished using a wire wheeled with a clear gloss finish,It has a very beautiful antique copper tractor seat, and a air whistles to go along with the Air Ride suspension which was custom-made by (Level Ride suspension) The system operates by Bluetooth from my phone, raising and lowering the bike off the ground about 7"and then parks itself right on the ground. no kickstand needed. The front wheel is a 21" Mammoth spoke with a 32 inch antique truck tire The back wheel is an 18" mammoth spoke with a 32" truck mud tire. The handlebars Has been built out of copper, and Has a in-line twist thrott

Door zijn lens probeert Ezra vast te leggen wat hij zelf heeft beleefd en bevraagd: hoe verhoudt een individu zich tot een cultuur die hem zowel draagt als vormt? Waar ligt de grens tussen steun en conformisme? De hiërarchie die de groep structuur geeft, kan zowel onderdrukkend als beschermend zijn. De rituelen die een gemeenschap definiëren, kunnen zowel dwingend als verbindend werken. Hij probeert een wereld in beelden te vangen die vaak in clichés wordt gevat. Niet om haar te verklaren of te verdedigen, maar om zichtbaar te maken wat normaal verborgen blijft.

3D Printed Fishing Lures

From a faint idea to catch fish with a homemade lure, to full blown company making working models that catch tons of fish. My company designs, prints, and hand assembles fishing glide baits. I design everything from scratch on PC using a CAD program called Fusion 360. That design is transferred to my 3D printing software. During the print, I pause it to insert weights in designed cavities. After printing is done, I hand sand the bottom rough parts and then assemble all of the components. Additionally, I have designed and printed a mold for the silicone tail.
