Chytřejší než vypadá: Robot za 10 €

Na našem stánku představíme bitBeam4 – jednoduchou, otevřenou a cenově dostupnou stavebnici pro tvorbu funkčních modelů a robotů, kterou si může kdokoli vytisknout na 3D tiskárně. Návštěvníci si budou moci: - sestavit vlastní konstrukci z dílků bitBeam4, - vyzkoušet řízení robota pomocí mobilního telefonu, - podívat se, jak autonomní robot řízený mobilem sleduje vytýčenou trasu a zvládá různé překážky, - a samozřejmě si popovídat o tom, jak si doma postavit vlastního robota téměř zdarma. Chceme ukázat, že technika může být cenově dostupná, kreativní a hlavně zábavná – ať už jste dítě, rodič, učitel nebo zapálený bastlíř.

Rádi odpovíme na jakékoliv dotazy k programování, 3D tisku nebo našim online kurzům a ukážeme, že i složitější témata se dají učit hravě a s úsměvem.

Představíme námi vyvíjené mini IR kamery, které jsou určeny pro monitorování procesu 3D tisku FDM technologií, tzn. tisku z filamentů. Nejedná se o pouze o samostatné IR kamery, ale o komplexní systém zahrnující i speciální minipočítač, ke kterému je možné připojit více mini IR kamer současně. Námi vyvinutý software umožňuje zobrazovat, analyzovat a ukládat měřená data. A proč je teplota pro 3D tisk tak důležitá? Teplota rozhoduje o užitných vlastnostech vašeho výtisku, protože ovlivňuje jeho mechanické vlastnosti. Můžete se podívat na vlastní oči, jak vypadá 3D tisk pohledem IR kamery. Jaká je skutečná teplota tištěného materiálu? Jak rychle chladne právě tištěná vrstva a celý výrobek? Možná budete sami překvapeni rychlostí teplotních změn. Mini IR kamery lze samozřejmě využívat i v jiných oblastech techniky, kde je vhodné sledovat časové průběhy povrchových teplotních polí. Nemusíme zůstat jen u techniky, tyto mini IR kamery najdou uplatnění i v oblastech biologie, stavebnictví, životního prostředí, vzdělávání. Prostě všude kde vás napadne. Řešení uvedených aktivit je podpořeno projektem OPTHERM (Optimalizace FLM procesu s využitím termodiagnostiky) s reg. číslem INTERREG BYCZ01-037.
