NFC tags allow guests to easily access to detailed information about the hotel, improving the user experience. The app also offers audio-description services for the blind, allowing them to fully enjoy the attractions without audio-visual barriers. In addition, thanks to the Italian Sign Languageinterpreter, our deaf users can easily communicate and interact during their travels. To ensure accessibility for visually impaired people, SMARTUX has developed a tactile book in Braille. This tool contains a detailed map of the city, a floor plan of the hotel room and a wide representation of the hotel itself. Using the NFC connection, users can access the audio description and the ISL interpreter directly from the book, allowing complete inclusion and making it easier to plan their trips.
