Crocheting and Stamped Embroidery

I make crocheted items using yarns of different kinds. I make granny square items, hats, washrags and small totes. I also do stamped embroidery on tea towels and even t-shirts to wear. It is a hobby that I love doing this and will show my work.

My name is Evelyn Witt. I live in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I am a mom of two adult children and a grandmother to two children. I work in a childcare center and enjoy working with children. I enjoy making crafts, baking, reading and photography. I have been crocheting since 7 years of age, taught by my mother and also learning from other sources. I have made a various number of items including hats, slippers, blankets, washrags, Christmas Stockings and other things. I have worked with my granddaughter so she can learn the art as well. I have also done stamped embroidery using fancy style stitches from a young age as well. I have always been a crafty person and enjoy is as a hobby. I am always willing to pass what I know along.
What Inspired You to Make This?
I have loved making crafts like this for years. I enjoy it and want to share with others.
