Have you ever wondered what it sounds like for hearing impaired people? I will be sharing my project on hearing aids, which will include a demonstration of how music might sound if I didn't have my hearing aids on.

I am Ellie Lewis, and I am 10 years old and in 5th grade. I go to Fremont Elementary School in the East Syracuse Minoa Central School District. I have a little brother named Carter, and a dog named Bella. I love to play basketball and video games. My favorite activity is playing games with my family and playing with my dog. I was born with sensorineural hearing loss, and I wear behind-the-ear hearing aids. I decided to do a project about my hearing aids for our school Learning Fair, because I wanted to share more about myself and my hearing aids. I won the Learning Fair, which was a big surprise for me and my family. I am excited to share my winning project at the Maker Faire!
