Lifeshell, una soluzione per i terremoti

LifeShell is a wooden desk capable of resisting building collapses, providing a safe shell. It is a safe shelter equipped with life-saving accessories, engineered for schools, houses, enterprises. It is ecological, economic, recyclable and released under the creative commons license. In 2023 – 2025 a funded project will develop the aesthetic and ergonomic design, we will test the desk impact resistance, we will gather a collection of hints from students on their ideal desk, we will keep sharing the project for free and without patents with a bottom-up and citizen science approach.

A large broken jar supports three beautiful giant fireflies, featuring interactive fire and LED elements at night, and providing an interesting destination during the day. The pieces of the jar contain seating, and glow during the night. Around the jar are smaller fireflies and benches, providing a welcoming destination. A fire pit in the middle of the space makes for a nice place to hang out, roast a marshmallow, and enjoy the scene. Each giant firefly contains a unique variety of participant-activated flame effects, with up to 24 buttons for people to push. LED illuminated fireflies surround the site, flickering glows in the sky, while an interactive soundscape creates an immersive environment.

La giusta via is a game for children with the aim of teaching general knowledge and gestures. the game includes the base, a ball, blocks, and two types of cards: questions and answers. the child places the question card at the top right and the corresponding answer card at the bottom under the circular holes. from here the game is accessed and the child must create a path with the wooden blocks to get the ball (located at the top left) into the correct circular hole which corresponds to the answer to the question. if the answer is correct, green lights will turn on and there will be a positive sound, otherwise red lights will turn on.
