Struder: Industrial 3D pen

Maker Faire Bay Area 2024

October 18th-20th

Storehouse Stalls Exhibit 3D Printing

Struder is what 3D pens should always have been: Like a mig welder for plastic

With a powerful all-metal hot-end in your hand, and a base station that feeds you filament on a spool, the Struder allows you to create anything you can imagine. Its fast and its built to never break.

MAKERS use it to weld together large 3D prints, or make repairs.
COSPLAYERS and ARTISTS use it to freely create 3 dimensional shapes
EDUCATORS use it to capture the imagination of students and challenge their engineering skills in realtime.

We will have several units available for people to play with and a demo project for creating basic 3D shapes using the pen.
(Children under 8 need a parent with them)
