In recent years scientists, policymakers, and the public at large have come to an agreement that the earth is warming at an alarming, unnatural rate. The project, Climate Control, hopes to engage users into a discussion about the realities of the world’s rising temperature and how it will take a united effort to limit the negative impact global warming brings upon future generations for all things living on the earth. Climate Control is an interactive data visualization experience where users see an LED colored glowing, physical earth. They can use a slider to see the global surface temperature in relation to the average dating from 1900, to today, and scientific predictions to 2100AD.
