FIRST is a non-profit organization with the mission to inspire youth to become science and technology leaders and innovators, by engaging them in STEM (science, technology, engineering & mathematics) programs.

FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) is the flagship program of FIRST that challenges high school students to build industrial sized robots to compete at regional and world competitions.
