SPEC Sensors helps to create low cost, highly sensitive, portable and stationary air quality devices. We are working on a new platform for monitoring the health of cities with a gas sensor array to detect pollutants like CO, H2S, NO2, O3, and SO2.
What inspired you to make this project?:
We developed the gas sensor array as part of the "Array of Things" project in Chicago, IL. This project is intended to be a health monitor for cities. We hope that the technology that we will be demonstrating will inspire other makers to create similar projects for air quality monitoring.
