LudoSport Lightsaber Combat

LudoSport is a light saber combat sport that trains athletes in a set of techniques to safely compete in tournaments. The techniques are influenced by historical sword arts that are adapted for the unique characteristics of the fictional weapon.
In this 60 minute workshop, you will learn some basic techniques of Form 1...basic philosophy, holding guard, footwork, offensive and defensive techniques, and have an opportunity to spar in a safe and cooperative environment.

Michael has a background in multiple sport disciplines ... running, tennis, mountain biking, kayaking and most recently triathlons. Michael is the inaugural USA Style Champion 2018 in LudoSport and he represented the USA in the International Championships Arena in Milan, Italy.
