Beer homebrewing is a science as much as it is an art.
Each day we will be brewing real beers on a gravity-flow brewing system. The process takes a few hours and we will be answering questions as we go through the various steps. Come join us!
Anthony Tsangaropoulos
Anthony is an engineer working in the semiconductor industry. He started brewing beer more than 25 years ago and having constructed his own brewing equipment, is now brewing 5-10 gallons each month. He is a member of AHA, and HHHH brew club
Jim Fortes
Jim Fortes has been brewing beer since 1984 and has won many awards for beers he has created. He has also been a board member of the Nor Cal Homebrewers Org for 19 years that puts on the annual NCHF. He is a founder of the HHHH homebrewer club.
Doug Heintz
Started out with a buddy with a Mr. Beer kit his wife gave him for Christmas. Graduated to extract brewing, then extract brewing with specialty grains, then to all grain. I'm always looking for that slightly off-kilter beer
Jason Mansfield
Jason has been homebrewing for over 13 years. As a member of HHHH, he has found inspiration to create other beverages and foods. He enjoys the entire process from creating a recipe, brewing the beer with a friend, to sharing it with others.
