Fighting Climate Change from the Skies: An Aerial Methane Leak Sensing Platform
Maker Faire Bay Area 2019
May 17th-19th
Natural gas leaks are a major contributor to climate change. At Kairos Aerospace, we’ve built a plane-mounted methane sensor to address this issue. We’ll discuss the path our hardware and software has taken, from its beginnings in a Los Altos garage, to surveying the entire New Mexico Permian Basin.
