A Cheap Braille Literacy Assistant

A learning solution using two stepper motors powering two wheels which covered the Braille alphabet, the cost under $110 (with braille and audio feedback). The maximum alphabet switching rate is under 1s and degree errors during rotation +/-0.09deg.
