During this talk we will explore the connections between making and the environment, community science and how people across the world are contributing to reimagining their relationship with places they care about — from refugee camps in Lebanon to the wetlands of Louisiana.
Shannon Dosemagen
Shannon is Executive Director of the Public Lab nonprofit. With over 15 years of experience in organizing and education, Shannon has worked with environment and health groups to address declining freshwater resources, coastal land loss and building participatory monitoring programs with communities neighboring industrial facilities and impacted by the BP oil spill.
