After graduating with a degree in environmental studies and apprenticing on onganic farms in Vermont, Scandinavia + California Todd and hiw wife Jordan Champagne started happy girl kitchen company in Monterey CA, a working organic Cannery and Cafe preserving food from the surplus harvest of the central coast.
