Adin makes and sells custom chef's, hunting, camping, and every day carry knives. All knives are made from scratch in a home workshop, and use a variety of exotic woods and materials such as inlaid stones and metals.
Adin Gilman-Cohen
Adin is currently a senior at Berkeley High School. His passion for knives started five years ago when he started making blades out of recycled metal in his backyard. He has since built a workshop devoted to making his custom knives, expanding his work to use professional grade steel and heat treating techniques.
